The Scope

The scopes of consultancy services provided by us are as follows:

Consultant Engineers

Acting as consultant engineers, we assist project owners in bid preparation, tender documentation, and pricing schedules. We also provide tender status reports and prepare contract documents for all parties involved.

Data Investigation & Cost Estimates

Investigating data information relevant to control, electrical and instrumentation services and furnishing cost estimates to clients.

Site Meeting & Supervision

Arrange and attending all site meeting and inspections including giving instructions to contractors relating to their installation works and carrying out periodical supervisions of the installations.

Designing & Documentation

Responsible for designing, reviewing, and certifying all mechanical and electrical service drawings, while liaising with architects and ensuring submissions meet authority requirements at every project stage.

Project Implementation Adviser

Acting as adviser in the project implementation and appointment with site staffs.

TNB Liaison

Meeting, liaising, discussing and obtaining necessary information from various departments and divisions of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).

Progress Payment Certificate

Issuing progress payment certificate for the electrical, instrument and telephone installations.

Commissioning Test

Arranging for and witnessing all commissioning test.

Project Handover

Arranging for the proper handling over the project to the owner.
